More than cake, I have always loved a (or 5) good chocolate chip cookie. And I happen to make some of the very best cookies. If you are like me, you want a soft center, spilling with Valhrona or Guittard chocolate and chewy edges and with a generous sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. However if you like crispy, cake-like, with pretzels, potato chips or marshmallows, I am happy to make them.
